Besides, the current official logo ( File:Inkscape Logo.svg, based on this version) removed the claim by Andy Fitzsimon in the source code.) However, it might not be valid since the former version ( File:) might be under GPL, which means any derivative work should be under GPL-compatible licenses. (Andy Fitzsimon, one of the authors who redrew the logo basing on the former version, claimed the full authorship and the license to be CC-by-sa 2.0 in the source code.
